always conspiring to support you

Have you heard of the very freeing concept of pronoia (the direct opposite of paranoia?)

How would you lead your life and business differently if you knew that the universe is always conspiring to support you ?

How would you feel right now if you re-wired the experiences you have had in your life and business that caused you to believe that you were somehow less than ….. ?  I have had plenty of these and one of the most empowering things I have learned and experienced is that when I embrace these “less than ” experiences as learning delivered with deep love from the universe – magic comes to me.

What if these experiences were in fact embedded with what we wish for….

Here are 3 things you can do immediately to help yourself and that I use all the time….

1. Journal regularly about what you want and don’t want in your life and business. Gain clarity about how you feel – how you really feel with no censoring. Get to the bottom of what is going on.
2. Raise your vibration in your favourite way before taking any important action (I love to dance!)
3. And again before taking any significant action, ensure you have switched the polarity of your energy from what you don’t want to what you do want

Here is an example 

What I don’t want = I don’t to work all the time

What I do want = I work to the rhythms of my heart

Can you feel the difference in vibration? This is what we are looking for
