Flower Essences for a Cancer New Moon

This week’s video is all about embracing and working with Cancer energies. This topic will be useful for you if you have strong Cancer astrological energies yourself, or for anyone as we head into a New Moon in Cancer.

Cancer energies are very much about the home and family. It’s the Mother energies, the  nurturing and nourishing energies, which are very much needed in the world at the moment.

If you have a profession as a healer or similar, you’re going to be giving a lot of these energies. To keep the flow going, you’re going to need to receive them as well. So, I encourage you, as you watch the video below, to think about finding the balance between the giving and the receiving flow.

Cancer is all about the ‘feels!’ It’s a water sign, and all water signs have an affinity with the feeling world. So rather than seeing this as being too sensitive, see it as a strength, and then bring that strength into balance and allow that feeling self of yours to go into the world.

It’s really important for those of us who feel deeply and who care deeply and often, maybe as mothers or caretakers or people who work in caring professions, to put ourselves first. That feels a little jarring for those in a Cancer sign, because you’re so used to putting others first. But today we’re going to put ourselves at the top of the pile because when we have more of ourselves, we can take care of others more easily.
