Flower Essences for a Leo New Moon Cycle
This week I’m sharing with you some essences of all different kinds that will be particularly helpful for navigating the upcoming Leo new moon cycle. This new cycle starts on August the 8th; 2021; the actual alignment will be 6:50am pacific time or 2:50pm for those in the UK.
Anywhere that Leo show ups astrologically we are asked to find more courage, more strength, more resilience, more self-worth and to shine our own lights uniquely into the world as we are called to. We are in the middle of a very intense time on this planet so it’s incredibly important to make sure that we have the right nature kingdom allies around us so we can be prepared and move through this cycle with strength, resilience and courage.
I talk about flower essences, of course, as they are the heart and soul of everything that I do, but what I’m really talking about is a much bigger umbrella of what I call flower and vibrational essences, which covers all different kinds of essences from many fabulous ranges. We look intensely at 12 of these ranges in our Diploma in Flower and Vibrational essences. Today I’m sharing essences with you from some of these ranges.
Flower essences raise our consciousness and allow more light into and through our energy systems, enabling us to become more of who we are. We also talk about crystal essences, or gem essences. In the world of vibrational medicine essences or anything made with crystals or gems have a slightly denser energy. They help to create a kind of inner scaffolding in your energy system so that the light of the flower essences can take hold. The late Steve Johnson of Alaskan Essences was one of my main teachers about crystal and gem essences. I’m also going to share with you a type of vibrational essence made from metal energies-these are similar to gem essences but they’re a little bit denser again, as well as a very special channelled essence.

Star of Bethlehem (Bach Essences) – eases shock or trauma in your energy system. Leo cycles are always fiery and unexpected and that’s being ramped up right now, so this essence will help you be ready for anything that comes your way.
Lion (Wild Earth Animal Essences) – courage and ability to take action in alignment with your heart; ability to view your territory from the aspect of your soul and what you’re here to do; inner courage and inner resilience to stand up and to start doing what is needed.
Sunflower (Alaskan Essences) – yellow (solar plexus chakra); confidence and courage; helping us to stand tall and have more self-worth; more ability to express our unique selves in the world. I also have a Sunflower essence in my own MoonFlower Essences range which is made in moonlight, so this brings in the feminine aspect as well.
Macrocarpa (Australian Bush Essences) – a beautiful energy tonic for when you’re burning the candle at both ends or simply tired and depleted, as many of us are right now.
Opal (Alaskan Essences) – helping to re-build your energy system when you have been depleted for a long time; more stability.
Gold (MoonFlower Essences) – inner worth; beautiful for the heart; solar plexus chakra support; confidence and courage; walking forward in your own unique blueprint; helping our cells expand with more light, grace and ease. My own MoonFlower Gold essence again has moonlight water added. Gold is also available in the Alaskan Essences range.
Walking in a New World (MoonFlower Essences) – this is a channelled essence that was brought into being by a group of graduates of our Diploma. Over a weekend near my home in southwest France in 2019, we walked the land, shared, and visited sacred sites. This essence was birthed at the end of that weekend. Helping you learn to walk in a new way in the new world. Personally, I’ve gone from energetically being flat on the floor to being upright again in around 30 minutes after taking this essence.
